Register For Maize Eagle Bands Boosters

Thank you for registering for the Maize Eagle Bands Boosters and joining our new Booster Hub tool. We are excited to utilize this new tool to communicate and engage with parents about events, volunteering, and fundraising.


Completing this registration page will create a Booster Hub account for you. A few days after completing the registration below, you will receive an Email Invite to create a login to your Booster Hub account. The Email Invite will include a link to download the Booster Hub app. We would like to engage with all parents/guardians in Booster Hub.


Multiple Students or more than two Parents/Guardians: 

  • If you have two or more HS Band students, you will need to fill out a registration form for each student.
  • Band students with more than two Parents/Guardians, fill out the registration once. Then contact The Booster Board via email. We will assist in getting the other parent/guardian accounts set up and connected to the student.

Step 3 - You will receive an email with Band Fee payment instructions.


Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card = 3% + $0.15 fee

ACH bank transfer = 1% + $0.50 fee

Band Fees will be invoiced to parents via Booster Hub. All Band Fee payments need to be completed by Thursday, Aug 1, 2024.

Jackets & Shoes

You can order your jacket and/or shoes at the end of this registration form. You have the option to pay in full or pay later. Jacket and shoe fees are due Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Additional Items Available

  • If you're adding more than 1 of the Additional Items Available, the "Payment Option" must be the same on all items added.
  • Student T-shirt: Select the size and click the "ADD TO PACKAGE" button. One T-shirt per student, select the size, and click the "ADD TO PACKAGE" button.
  • Student Band Jacket: Required for new students or returning students who need a replacement jacket. The jackets come with custom embroidered "Name" and "Instrument". Enter your requested name and instrument, and click the "ADD TO PACKAGE" button. 
  • Marching Shoes: Required for new students or returning students who need replacement shoes. Select your student's shoe size, and click the "ADD TO PACKAGE" button. 
  • Ignore the "Credit Card / ACH" toggle unless you want to pay for your jacket or shoes today.
